Shipping & Delivery:
ALL SHIPPING IS FREE TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, as our gift to you.
All New Zealand orders will be couriered with our nominated courier company. Delivery is usually made within 1-5 working days of payment being received. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us so that we can follow through with our courier service in a timely fashion.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery address , please be as specific as possible when you place your order.
Where do you deliver? We deliver to most postal areas in the NZ & Australia, Europe and USA, delivery outside of NZ addresses may take up to 7-10 days. Delivery of certain products to very remote areas may not always be possible. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
Places where delivery might take longer?There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote NZ rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timeframe.
What if I'm not in when you deliver? Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time a delivery is attempted our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Simply follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery. Please make sure you leave your telephone number when ordering. Signatures are required on all International deliveries. Unfortunately we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on International deliveries.We are able to take payments in NZD.International deliveries; You can expect to receive your goods within 10 working days of order placement. You must return any goods by post to the address specified on the delivery note postage paid.

Liann Bellis Designs Limited respects your right to privacy. We have designed our websites so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. Once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Liann Bellis Designs Limited.

Returns & Replacements:
If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order and you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 10 days of the dispatch date for a full refund in accord with the Returns Terms and Conditions below. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item only. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been actioned and your card credited. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details. All products must be received in original condition with labels and tags attached according to the current Liann Bellis Designs Limited returns and replacements terms and conditions.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty? In either event, please return the relevant item to us for a full refund or exchange for the correct item. On receipt of the returned faulty item, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. Please see Returns Terms and Conditions for full details.
What should I do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered? In this event, please contact us via email info@liannbellis.co.nz or phone 0064 3 544 9580, for customer service from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Where do I send the returns? Please note, orders are required to be sent Postage paid to the address on the returns note in your parcel and the form enclosed completed.
Returns Terms & Conditions: A customer may return a non-sale purchased item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is the case please contact us via email, phone or fax within 7 days of receipt of the order to arrange an exchange. You may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 10 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 10 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only and emailed to you. All sale, special altered and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. Items purchased with promotional vouchers can also be exchanged, however a delivery charge may be incurred.Your satisfaction is important to us. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Refunds or Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, with all labels intact attached according to the current Liann Bellis Designs Limited returns and replacements terms and conditions.
Returns must be sent back to New Zealand postage paid. Please return by post to the address specified on the delivery note. Please clearly mark the outside of the parcel with "returned goods". It would help us to offer a better service in future if you could complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel. You will be asked the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund.

Ordering:
We accept orders via email, email us at info@liannbellis.co.nz to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We will contact you within 24-48 hours with order confirmation and payment details. Orders can be made online.

Payment Options:
Credit Card via Paypal - Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express: all of our credit card transactions are processed by Paypal. This means that Liann Bellis does not receive or hold your credit card details, and is a safe and easy way for you to pay, being an SSL secured and encrypted site. Online payments are processed by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account, you can choose either pay by using your PayPal Account, or Pay by Credit Card without logging into/signing up with Pay Pal. Just follow the "Dont have a PayPal Account" link. Here you can pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Direct Deposit NZ ONLY - payment can be made via internet banking direct deposit into our account. Please note this preference when checking out. Please note that if choosing this option payment must be received in full within 3 working days of placing your order. Cheque and Cash - will only be accepted for those shopping in person (by appointment only) in Richmond NELSON NZ.

Should you wish to know the status of your order, please do not hesitate to phone at the number supplied in the returns information or email direct and we will endeavour to let you know when your garment will be at your door.
